Higher Education Minister denies Saudi Arabia refusal of Egypt’s medicine MA certificates

The Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry denied news circulated by some websites and social media claiming that Saudi Arabia will no longer recognize Egyptian universities master’s certificates in the medicine domain.

In a statement on Sunday 20/8/2017, the ministry said the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties dismissed the rumors alleging that Egyptian master’s certificates in the medicine domain are not recognized under the new statute ratified by the commission’s board of trustees.

The ministry urged websites and social media to stop spreading rumors that perplex public opinion and tarnish the image of Egyptian university education.
