Ambassador “Usmanov” indicated that his country intends to organize an international forum for businessmen during next March and Egypt is invited to participate and wished a large delegation of Egyptian businessmen and investors  to attend  the activities of the forum. He revealed that the forum aims to review investment opportunities in Uzbekistan and what has been achieved Of reforms and attractive factors, especially structural, financial and legislative reforms, in addition to the network of utilities and infrastructure.

* Specific projects!

“The aim of holding this forum at this time also is to develop specific projects focused on supporting the development and communication process between the regions of Central Asia and the Middle East to reach European coasts, and the establishment of relations between partners to contribute to establishing joint industries and flow of intra-OIC trade, also aims to attract investment and localization of advanced technology.”, said Mr ambassador.

* Common interests!

On his part, Olugbek Gyanov, “Representative of the International Association of Youth of Uzbekistan in Egypt” reviewed the great turnout of these elections, especially that they took place under a new law and the participating parties contested in presenting their programs and their endeavors to attract the confidence of the voters, as he noted the participation of all citizens of the Uzbeks at home or abroad. It took place in all accredited diplomatic missions abroad, and witnessed a large turnout of the community’s members, and this was evidenced by the participation of the Uzbek community residing in Egypt, and the facilities the embassy has done to perform their right to vote inside the embassy headquarters under the supervision of observers, pointing to a number of community members volunteered to monitor the electoral process.

Abd al-Salam al-Khaddrawi gave a presentation of what the elections witnessed, in which he was one of the Egyptian delegation,” praising the climate of parlementary elections and the great turnout by the masses of citizens who have the right to vote. He described the process with transparency and complete integrity, as well as awareness of the great Uzbek voters.

Counselor Hamdi Abu El-Enein, “President of the Egyptian-Uzbek Friendship Association” spoke about the great development witnessed in Uzbekistan during the era of the “late” Islam Karimov and continues to communicate with great efficiency during the era of the current president, Shawkat Meridiyev, praising the influential role played by the Egyptian media to stimulate relations with this brotherly country.
