Mr. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi signed on Saturday 23/6/2018 decree No.99 of 2018, approving a law issued by the House of Representatives to raise pensions by 15 percent as of July 1, 2018, with a minimum increase of EGP 150.
According to MENA, the decree also amended law No.10 of 2018.
Under the decree, the minimum pension for the insured or eligible pension in accordance with the Law No. 79 of 1975 shall be increased to EGP 750, including all the increases and subsidies.
The decree was published in the state’s official gazette.
