The City of roses project in Taif is one of the most prominent residential projects announced by the Ministry of Housing’s “Residential” program, in partnership with the private sector, which provided the citizens with a number of housing options in various areas and designs. The “City of roses” project in the province of Taif on an area of more than 6 million square meters, on one of the main roads and main axes coming from Mecca. The project includes 4775 residential villas of various sizes, taking into consideration the diversity of tastes, the nature of the Saudi family and the spirit of change, taking into account the number of family members, and providing multiple options in the land and construction areas, taking into account the organization and exterior design of the Villa Park. Besides, the services are in the garden area, with high flexibility in design for future modifications or additions.
The City of Roses is an entertainment and commercial center with a total area of more than half a million square meters. It includes a number of educational and service facilities and several dedicated sites including 19 educational facilities, 3 mosques, 13 universities, 6 health facilities, 39 huts, children’s playgrounds, a public park and a commercial center. The project also includes commercial and entertainment areas, including shops, cafés, restaurants, parks, clubs, swimming pools and the giant landscape square, which will be the distinguishing mark of the city of roses.
