After the victory of Egypt to organize the 2019 African Nations Championship, the youth initiated promotional designs for the championship, including a design that impressed a lot, the design of the engineer Hamada Al-Ghalban, where he cared more about the Egyptian side than the African.

“The design focused on maximizing Egypt and its ancient civilization and being an incubator for the African continent and not the other way around,” said Hamada Al-Ghalban, the designer of the promotional logo. He said he took care of many aspects of design, which is maximizing without diminishing other African countries. Al-Ghalban reffered to some designers’ Errors in the logo without realizing.

The designer of the promotional logo added that it was based on the simplicity of conveying the idea. He tried to do it as much as possible taking into account the fantasy side because this is an important attraction, considering the choice of “fantasy” colors with a charming color and black one as it’s comfortable to eye lightings on the sides.

“The planet explodes inside a volcano to bring out a myth and a wonder of the seven wonders of the world, the Great Pyramid Khufu embracing the African continent inside, which in turn embraces the African Cup, which radiates the warm golden light.”, added Al-Ghalban.

Eng. Hamada Al-Ghalban specialized in the field of design in 2002, where he began drawing at the age of seven, and his art became distinguished by combining hand drawing and graphic, but he did not reach the level he dreams of trying to develop himself every period. He learns from all the international design schools, “The most important of the design is the idea. “I aspire to connect to the world, and show my work in different countries among the top designers of the world.”, said Al-Ghalban.
