It is reported that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has developed a registration mechanism for pilgrims from Europe, America and Australia for the Hajj season of the current year 1443 AH, through a fully-serviced electronic portal that includes various options of packages, support services and a communication center in multiple languages ​​around the clock, in addition to the possibility of issuing visas electronically to meet The aspirations and desires of pilgrims from those countries, within easy and accessible procedures. The portal provides the possibility to ensure that the pilgrims fulfill the conditions, including (completion of obtaining approved doses of coronavirus vaccines, the age of the pilgrim to be less than 65 AD, so that the date of birth is from 1-7-1957 AD and later, and a negative result of the PCR examination before their departure to their countries), with priority given to those who have not previously performed Hajj.

These services come within the framework of the ministry’s strategy to develop the digital experience for pilgrims, and within the efforts made to facilitate direct procedures and reduce costs at competitive prices for pilgrims coming from those countries.
