Yesterday, a presidential decree was issued appointing Mr. Elkhan Polukhov as a new ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Arab Republic of Egypt, to succeed Ambassador Toral Razaev.
It is worth noting that Ambassador Elkhan Polukhov was Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Brazil and before that to South Africa. Before that, he worked as an official spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
