In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday, July 25, the Arab Republic of Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist suicide attack that targeted an army training camp in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, on Monday, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of Somali army personnel.
Egypt, government and people, expressed its sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to the government and people of the brotherly Republic of Somalia in this painful affliction and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for all the injured, and affirming its stand by brotherly Somalia in confronting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.
