The Zionist regime has conducted the severest artillery attacks on the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours since the onset of the indiscriminate war on the besieged area.
According to Palestinian sources, the Zionist forces focused their artillery strikes on two Gaza districts of Al-Nuseirat and Al-Buraij camps, while the Israeli military fighter jets pounded al-Shati camp.
Khan Yunis camp also experienced heavy bombardment by the Israeli aircraft, which left several Palestinian civilians martyred and injured.
Rescuers could pull out corpses of 23 martyrs from the rubbles of a single building in Khan Yunis, reports said.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced on Wednesday night that the number of martyrs increased to 7,165. The Palestinian Information Center declared there have been identified about 3,000 children and over 1,300 women among the martyrs in Gaza.
