In celebration of the anniversary of the leader Heydar Aliyev, founder of the modern Azerbaijani Republic, and in the presence of the ambassadors of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ghana, and Uzbekistan, ministers and artists, Dr. Echo on Ashraf’s “Discover Azerbaijan” competition in downtown Cairo at Fahmy Palace, the father of Mrs. Aisha Fahmy, on a voluntary basis to introduce Egyptian citizens to the culture of the Azerbaijani state out of love for its country and to promote its culture as an activity of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center. This competition includes a group of fields such as drawing, poetry, short films, and music in Azerbaijan.
Dr. opened. Ilkhan Polokhov, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Egypt, attended the honoring ceremony and congratulated the winners, and His Excellency reviewed the career of the great leader Heydar Aliyev.
The ceremony witnessed the release of a new book by Dr. Sabina and Dr. Sandy Salem entitled “Leader Gedar Aliyev – 100 Years,” which includes pictures of the artwork of the winners of the competition.
The audience was also honored by the Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Egypt, Dr. Salih Mutlu Shen, two representatives from the Embassy of Pakistan and Uzbekistan, and the artist Yusra, the Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations. Egyptian ministers and other honorary guests were also honored to attend.
Dr. presented. Sada Ali Ashraf Dr. Ahmed Ismail and Dr. Hassan Shalabi for their cooperation and promotion of Azerbaijani culture in Egypt, as well as SOIC and Bonyan International University.
The winners of different ages and fields from many Egyptian governorates were honored by receiving certificates of honor and special gifts from Azerbaijan.
The ceremony concluded with a Ramadan Iftar in the Egyptian-Azerbaijani style.
