In a letter addressed to UN Secretary-General Guterres and Lagdamo, Chair of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, more than 3,000 psychiatrists and counselors from around the world condemned the brutal crimes committed by the Zionist regime against women. The people of Gaza, especially the innocent women and children, demanded their expulsion, and the Zionist regime immediately became a member of the Women’s Committee in that organization.
In this statement, which was sent in the form of a letter to the aforementioned individuals, the psychologists expressed their deep concern about the neglect of international organizations towards the mental health of women and children in Gaza and stressed the need to expel Israel from the status of women as a commission. Part of this statement states:
Today, the important question being asked by psychologists in the world: Is the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women for only a few countries, and do the people of Gaza, its women, and its children have no place in this organization? Have the distinguished members of the Women’s Committee ever thought about the mental health of women and children who start their day with the sounds of bombs, fire and bullets?
How, with all these horrific violations, is this regime still a member of this committee and talking about the rights of women and children when its hands are stained with the blood of more than 25,000 innocent women and children? It demands women’s rights, while about 70% of those killed in the Gaza war were innocent women and children! Are the eyes and ears of the United Nations, an international organization, closed to this heinous crime?
These crimes, which are committed outside the humanitarian framework of the Zionist entity and occupation, also reveal and demonstrate the falsity of the European and American dreams of the new world order and its ideals, the ideals of sustainable development, and the efforts of the United Nations funds. It is only written to manage weaker countries. Six years from now, when you evaluate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (2030) at non-implementation and the results show that countries have not and will not cooperate with you in implementing them, remember your memories of these great scandals and the reason for the lack of trust. Countries get to know the United Nations and its affiliated funds correctly. .
By warning about the mental health of people, especially women and children in Gaza, we, psychologists, warn you about the credibility of the United Nations and the danger of global rejection of this organization, and we urgently and strongly demand its expulsion.
This hideous and bogus system ticked all the boxes as quickly as possible, we belong to the United Nations, and at the slightest response we were kicked out of the Commission on the Status of Women and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
