The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has provided a digital experience within the framework of the (spatial guidance system) using the (GPS) navigation system, which enriches the journey of the visitor, Umrah pilgrim, and pilgrim within the ancient House through the digital interactive map service, the Makani system service, and the spatial guidance guide. “Al-Wariqi”, in a constant effort to develop the system of services concerned with facilitating the arrival of the guests of God.

  The digital interactive map service aims to make it easier for visitors to the Grand Mosque to access and move around within it, and to determine the locations of religious rituals and its main landmarks, including the courtyard and the Masaa building, and how to reach it via direct movement paths using the digital service, which number (200) panels. QR” distributed throughout the Grand Mosque, where the guest of Rahman was able to determine his actual location in the ancient house, and determine his desired destination using the mobile phone with two systems (IOS, android).

  The digital interactive map provides all the facilities provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, including doors, the library, restrooms, guidance offices, and the service of providing manual and electric carts, escalators, elevators, field hospitals, bridges, and maintenance and work areas. The map takes into account cultural diversity, Which the Grand Mosque witnesses through the addition of (51) international languages, including Arabic, English, French, Urdu, Indonesian, and Turkish.

  The General Administration of Survey and Geographic Information Systems at the Grand Mosque has provided a “paper” guidance guide that is presented to the Guests of God manually, and uses international languages. The system complements the role of the guide boards printed on the walls of the Grand Mosque, which enables the Guests of God to perform their worship and facilitates their movement.
