His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received in Riyadh yesterday, His Excellency US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, on the sidelines of the special meeting of the World Economic Forum held in Riyadh.
During the reception, bilateral relations and areas of joint cooperation were reviewed, in addition to discussing developments in regional and international situations of common interest, most notably the developments in the Gaza Strip and its surroundings, and the efforts made to stop military operations and deal with their security and humanitarian repercussions.
The meeting was attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United States of America, and His Excellency the Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor, Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban.
From the American side, Counselor at the US State Department Derek Cholet, Assistant Secretary of State Barbara Leaf, and a number of senior officials.
