After a few days, the eyes of the Arabs and the world will turn to Manama, which will host for the first time the Arab Summit in its 33rd session, where it will be chaired by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the slogan of the summit, which was inaugurated between the slogan of the Kingdom of Bahrain, “the logo of the royal crown in gold,” and the slogan of the League of Arab States, was written below the slogan. “Bahrain Summit”… Banners bearing the new slogan were published in a number of streets and roads in the Kingdom. The inauguration of the slogan comes amid the great preparations that Bahrain has made in coordination with the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States to host the Arab Summit and the preparatory meetings accompanying it.

There is no doubt that Bahrain is on a historic date as it hosts the Arab Summit for the first time in its history, and the Kingdom is destined for this to coincide with complex political circumstances.

The summit’s agenda will be heavy with thorny and difficult files, most notably the developments in the Palestinian issue and the brutal Israeli aggression and genocide against the Palestinian people. Let Manama be the platform from which the voice of freedom for Palestine emerges to join the voices of Western university students so that these residents of the White House who have turned a deaf ear to the voice of children can hear it. And the women in Palestine who fell as martyrs in the war of extermination committed by Israeli brutality supported by Western countries.

This is the greatest challenge facing Arab leaders and requires a firm and strong stance from them to stop this inhuman tragedy that is occurring in full view of the international community.

In Manama, Arab leaders will line up together, and hearts and minds will also be aligned behind the clear and specific goal of having an effective movement to produce a unified position aimed at stopping the Israeli war and putting pressure on the major powers, led by the United States of America, to end the suffering, cease fire, and bring in humanitarian and relief aid to civilians in a safe and sufficient manner. Rejecting the ongoing plans and ethnic cleansing practiced against a defenseless people, and from Manama, the Arabs must prepare to wage a political, diplomatic and legal battle in the corridors of the United Nations in order to obtain official international recognition of the Palestinian state with its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, away from Western rejection and the American veto, especially since Western popular recognition has become supportive. Palestine’s right to life is a right that Israel and those behind it work to assassinate every day with American bullets that pierce the heart of a Palestinian infant.
