The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Hussaini, extended his highest congratulations and blessings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister – may God protect them – on the occasion of Saudi Flag Day, which the Kingdom celebrates on March 11 of each year.
Ambassador Al-Hussaini expressed his pride and honor in this national occasion dear to the hearts of the Saudi people, stressing that the banner of monotheism, with its great connotations that indicate justice, strength, growth and prosperity, remains a symbol of the established values and principles on which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was founded.
The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said: “Saudi Flag Day represents a precious memory in which we recall the history of this great symbol that embodies our national identity and our deep-rooted unity, since the era of the founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud – may God bless his soul, so that the banner of unification remains lofty across the decades and eras, and our flag remains an expression of the strength of the Kingdom and its leadership at the regional and international levels.” At the end of his statements, Ambassador Al-Hussaini noted that celebrating Flag Day reflects the depth of the Saudi people’s connection to their wise leadership, and consolidates the meanings of unity and cohesion among the sons of the Kingdom, stressing that the Saudi flag will always remain a symbol of pride and dignity, and the nation will move forward under its blessed banner towards a brighter and more prosperous future, thanks to God and then to the wisdom of the wise leadership and the support of the loyal people.
