President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of Qurban Ait (Eid al-Adha), a sacred Islamic holiday symbolizing compassion, generosity, and unity.
In his official message, the Head of State emphasized that Eid al-Adha embodies the values of kindness and mercy, encouraging support for the vulnerable and upholding cherished traditions passed down through generations.
“On these blessed days, it is customary to help those in need, in accordance with our ancestral customs,” the message reads.
“Islam teaches us to respect one another, care for our neighbors, and foster solidarity and mutual respect. It is these lasting values that strengthen the unity of our nation.”
President Tokayev highlighted that Qurban Ait is a celebration of understanding and harmony, offering an opportunity to reinforce social cohesion and national stability.
“By preserving stability and social harmony, we can overcome any challenge and achieve our strategic aspirations. Together, we will build a just, transparent, safe, and strong Kazakhstan,” he stated.
Concluding his message, the President extended his warmest wishes to all families:
“May all the heartfelt prayers and wishes made during these sacred days be fulfilled. I wish every family peace, prosperity, and well-being.”
