On this day when the world celebrates its youth, I proudly salute Egypt’s young people—especially my students at Helwan University. You are the backbone of the nation, the pulse of its present, and the promise of its future.
International Youth Day is not merely a celebration; it is a moment of reflection on your boundless potential, and a renewal of our pledge at Helwan University to stand by your journey. We believe in your ability to innovate, to lead, and to reshape tomorrow.
Egyptian youth—particularly the bright minds of Helwan University—have time and again demonstrated responsibility, resilience, and creativity, rising to challenges and making a lasting mark in science, culture, and practical life. Under the wise leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Egypt is witnessing an era of unprecedented attention to youth, through national initiatives, international forums, and comprehensive development programs designed to empower and refine their talents.
At Helwan University, we believe education is only part of our mission. Our true role is to build character, cultivate belonging, and ignite the spirit of initiative and service. This is why we are committed to providing a holistic environment of learning, practical training, and opportunities that align with labor market needs—paving wide avenues for excellence and achievement.
To my dear sons and daughters: you are the driving force toward a better future. Be worthy of the trust bestowed upon you, remain steadfast in your pursuit, and dedicate yourselves to building Egypt with love, awareness, and perseverance.
May each passing year bring you closer to your dreams, and may every new day rise as a step toward glory for our beloved homeland.
