On 31 August 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Cairo had the honour and distinct pleasure of hosting a cordial meeting with Mr. Mohamed Atef, Chamberlain of the Presidency of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Conveying the warm regards of H.E. President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, Mr. Atef extended to the leadership and the people of Uzbekistan heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the 34th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He conveyed the President’s sincerest greetings, wishing the New Uzbekistan continued progress, prosperity, and well-being.
Mr. Atef underscored the significance that Egypt attaches to its distinguished relations with Uzbekistan and conveyed the genuine interest of the Egyptian Government in maintaining ongoing coordination and enhancing cooperation across various domains of mutual interest, for the benefit of the two friendly peoples. He noted that H.E. President Al-Sisi warmly recalled his fruitful and constructive talks with H.E. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, reaffirming Egypt’s steadfast commitment to strengthening ties with brotherly nations.
The meeting also highlighted the promising prospects for forthcoming high-level visits and exchanges between the two countries, aimed at further deepening bilateral relations in all spheres.
