It was an honor to meet H.E. Park Beom-Kye, the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Korea, during a remarkable celebration marking 30 years of diplomatic relations between Egypt and South Korea.

In his inspiring address, H.E. Park Beom-Kye described Egypt and Korea as complementary partners, emphasizing that Korean government and businesses view Egypt as a new land of opportunity. He expressed his confidence that both nations will continue to drive growth together, shaping a shared future built on innovation and mutual respect.

Reflecting on the journey of the past three decades, he praised the steady progress and expanding cooperation between the two countries—an enduring partnership anchored in trust and shared aspirations.

Earlier, H.E. Park Beom-Kye conveyed a personal letter from President Lee Jae-myung of South Korea to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, reaffirming the strength of bilateral ties. The two leaders reviewed advancements in economic collaboration and the growing role of Korean investments in Egypt.

During the visit, new horizons of cooperation were explored, spanning technology, trade, and industrial localization—marking yet another chapter in the ever-evolving story of friendship between Cairo and Seoul.
