PRESIDENT Asif Ali Zardari has extended warmest felicitations to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El Sisi, and the brotherly people of Egypt on the occasion of their National Day.
The President stated that Pakistan and Egypt enjoy close and cordial relations, deeply rooted in shared values, mutual trust, and long-standing bonds of friendship. He noted that both nations maintain a proud tradition of cooperation and understanding—bilaterally as well as in multilateral forums—while continuing to work closely on matters of common interest. He highlighted that expanding cooperation across trade, investment, education, culture, defence, and vibrant people-to-people exchanges remains immensely encouraging.
President Zardari reaffirmed that Pakistan highly values its relationship with Egypt and stands fully committed to deepening this partnership for the mutual benefit of both nations. Commending the active coordination between the two leaderships toward resolving recent regional conflicts, he expressed firm confidence that the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Egypt will continue to flourish, contributing to regional harmony, sustainable development, and shared prosperity.
