* Ragheb: The protocol reflects the compatibility of the visions between the Academy and “migration” to improve young people’s skills.. 

Minister of expatriates (Ambassador Nabila Makram Abdel-Shahid) and Director of the National Academy for Training and Rehabilitation of Youth (Dr. Rasha Ragheb), signed a protocol of cooperation to train and rehabilitate young Egyptians abroad.

The ambassador revealed that the protocol includes receiving young Egyptians abroad for training and rehabilitation in the academy during their stay in Egypt. She assured that the protocol comes within the framework of the Egyptian state’s interest and welfare towards its citizens abroad in order to strengthen their connection with the motherland. She said this will advance the development of the country and highlight the importance of their role in effective participation in various fields, especially scientific research, technology and human development, thus sustainable development in the light of the vision of Egypt 2030. The protocol aims at struggling  polarization of Egyptian youth inside and outside for achieving the desired goal of excellence and the ability to lead and creativity.

For her part, Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the National Academy for Youth Training and Rehabilitation, said that the visions were met during this protocol as the Academy was established with the aim of achieving the human development requirements of the youth cadres and enhancing their abilities in the fields of administrative, banking, political, scientific and other in all cadres in all areas.
