I have always witnessed that the elections in Azerbaijan had been held sufficiently fair, Honourable member of the French Parliament,\u00a0President of the Association of Friends of Azerbaijan in France\u00a0Jan-Francois Mansel told\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/secki-2020.az\/\">secki-2020.az<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/45ad578d03da1349c78fcff9c052f7851581171940-photo-e1581174652713.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19363 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/45ad578d03da1349c78fcff9c052f7851581171940-photo-e1581174652713.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He mentioned that there\u00a0were\u00a0all conditions for free choice of voters. International observers from different countries can observe this as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are familiar with some critical opinions on previous elections, but we should know the source of these thoughts. Some of them are the result of manipulations by Armenia that occupy 20 percent of Azerbaijani territory and some are fabrications of those who do disrespect themselves. Azerbaijanis in Georgia are closely following the parliamentary elections as well, member of the Georgian Parliament Azer Suleymanov told\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/secki-2020.az\/\">secki-2020.az<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/a8e3f3d2a8d9e1ad05d0261f8d69a80e1581172736-photo-e1581174909934.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19364 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/a8e3f3d2a8d9e1ad05d0261f8d69a80e1581172736-photo-e1581174909934.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The parliamentarian mentioned that currently there is democratic electoral environment in Azerbaijan: \u201cI observe in media and internet resources great public interest in parliamentary elections. I believe that the democratic development of Azerbaijan will further strengthen after the parliamentary elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noting that there were always double standards against Azerbaijan, Keskin said: \u201cBeing a European politician, I declare that your country has been subjected to Armenian aggression. During the observation, I witnessed a high level of preparation for the elections in remote areas as well. Even in the most remote villages with only 100 voters, all the necessary conditions for transparent elections have been created. Everyone has the opportunity to vote or express their opinion&#8221;, said Karavayev.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Dmitriy Kobitskiy: \u201cAzerbaijan is completely ready for the parliamentary elections\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"post-tags\">\n<li><i class=\"lnr lnr-calendar-full\"><\/i>\u00a008.02.2020 17:25<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/secki-2020.az\/upload\/Image\/news\/cf3496559fc5b35b9a8210408a05fcf11581168394-photo.jpeg\" alt=\"Dmitriy Kobitskiy: \u201cAzerbaijan is completely ready for the parliamentary elections\u201d\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"text-boxes\">\n<p>The elections have been organized at the highest level in Azerbaijan,\u00a0Secretary General of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA) of Member Nations of the CIS Dmitriy Kobitskiy told\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/secki-2020.az\/\">secki-2020.az<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cf3496559fc5b35b9a8210408a05fcf11581168394-photo-e1581175679123.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19367 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cf3496559fc5b35b9a8210408a05fcf11581168394-photo-e1581175679123.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCentral Election Commission (CEC) has done a great job for conducting the elections in accordance with the legislation. We will visit the polling stations and observe the elections and the final opinion will be sent to the CEC based on the results of the monitoring\u201d, he stated.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, initial impressions about the preparation for the elections are positive. Azerbaijan is absolutely ready for the parliamentary elections.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Ivan Mushket: \u201cThe election process is organized in accordance with the legislation\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n08.02.2020 17:44<br \/>\n\u201cWe have been working as observers in Azerbaijan for several days.
