He noted that rapidly evolving political and economic dynamics are reshaping the global landscape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA new system of international relations is emerging\u2014based on principles of sovereignty, equal partnership, and respect for national interests,\u201d Kobyakov explained. \u201cA multipolar economic and political model is replacing the outdated neo-colonial structure of the global order. Free and equitable interaction among states is becoming the new norm, supported by values such as sovereignty, respect for national identity, inclusive development, and mutually beneficial cooperation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He emphasized that these shifts call for broad dialogue among experts, adding that SPIEF, as one of the world\u2019s largest business forums, serves as a vital platform for open discussion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cFor years, the forum has brought together global leaders, business executives, and experts to address the major challenges of our time and to develop sustainable economic growth solutions,\u201d Kobyakov said. \u201cIn today\u2019s changing global order, shared values are the cornerstone of constructive international cooperation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kobyakov also pointed out that the world is moving rapidly toward a system where no single country monopolizes decision-making. \u201cNew centers of influence are emerging, offering alternative models of cooperation.
