The summit opens with a plenary session titled <em>\u201cA New World of Conscious Unity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tatiana Mishikovskaya, Deputy Secretary-General of the Russian Association for International Cooperation, expressed her delight at Egypt\u2019s participation:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMy love for Egypt makes me happy to see Sherif Gad representing his country. We look forward to expanding cooperation with the Egyptian side, and we hope that this summit will witness the signing of a cooperation protocol between our association and the Egyptian\u2013Russian Friendship Association.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She emphasized that the summit seeks to bring together dedicated voices from across the globe to lay the foundations of a <strong>new international order based on justice, equality, shared responsibility for the future, and respect for cultural and ethical values.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sherif Gad voiced his gratitude for the invitation, highlighting the significance of Egypt\u2019s presence among delegates from 27 countries.
