{"id":42608,"date":"2026-01-11T18:29:47","date_gmt":"2026-01-11T16:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/?p=42608"},"modified":"2026-01-11T18:29:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-11T16:29:47","slug":"when-cities-speak-the-language-of-memory-and-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aldiplomasy.com\/en\/?p=42608","title":{"rendered":"When Cities Speak the Language of Memory and Future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ashraf AboArafe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. <strong>Ibrahim Saber<\/strong>, Governor of <strong>Cairo<\/strong>, received today Ambassador Sabit Suba\u0161i\u0107, Ambassador of <strong>Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/strong> to Egypt, at his office in the Cairo Governorate headquarters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting, the Governor of Cairo affirmed that relations between Egypt and Bosnia and Herzegovina are deep-rooted, enduring, and shaped by a long and meaningful history.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The discussion reviewed the major developments witnessed by Egypt\u2014and Cairo in particular\u2014over the past decade, especially in the fields of infrastructure, road networks, mass transportation, urban development, the upgrading of informal areas, and the improvement of public utilities and services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both sides also explored ways to strengthen cooperation between Cairo and <strong>Sarajevo<\/strong> in culture and heritage, tourism, education, capacity-building, as well as economic and investment opportunities.
