He noted that these efforts reflect a genuine political will to support the resilience of the Palestinian people and to end the worsening humanitarian suffering in the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The President of the Arab Parliament stressed the urgent need to <strong>compel the Israeli occupation<\/strong> to fully respect the agreement, <strong>withdraw completely from the Gaza Strip<\/strong>, consolidate de-escalation, and pave the way for early recovery and reconstruction. He emphasized that continued violations, delays in withdrawal, or restrictions on opening crossings constitute <strong>grave breaches of international humanitarian law and international legitimacy resolutions<\/strong>, warranting accountability before competent international judicial mechanisms. He called on the international community <strong>not to provide any political or legal cover<\/strong> for the occupation and to take <strong>deterrent measures<\/strong> to ensure compliance with obligations and an end to attacks against the Palestinian people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He further emphasized the necessity of continuing efforts to <strong>unify Palestinian visions and positions<\/strong> to overcome the current critical phase and move toward <strong>unity of the Palestinian political system and an independent national decision<\/strong>, in defense of Palestinian rights.
