Ambassador Borisenko noted that the kindness extended to him was rooted in the longstanding friendship between the Russian and Egyptian peoples \u2014 a relationship strengthened over decades of close cooperation in foreign policy, military affairs, economic development, culture, science, education, and beyond.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As he concludes his diplomatic mission, the Ambassador conveyed sincere appreciation to Egypt\u2019s leadership, particularly President <strong>Abdel Fattah el-Sisi<\/strong>, for his steadfast commitment to advancing the strategic partnership between Russia and Egypt. He also extended his gratitude to Foreign Minister <strong>Badr Abdelatty<\/strong> and the dedicated professionals at Egypt\u2019s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose efforts have played a vital role in deepening bilateral understanding and cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambassador Borisenko further commended the effective coordination with various Egyptian institutions, highlighting their collective contribution to strengthening ties \u2014 particularly following Egypt\u2019s accession to the <strong>BRICS<\/strong> grouping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In closing, he offered special thanks to members of the Egyptian\u2013Russian friendship community for fostering people-to-people connections across multiple fields.
