According to MINA, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Thursday approving a 450-million-riyal loan deal between the Egyptian government and the Saudi Fund for Development.
The loan deal was inked in April 2016. It will be channeled for developing el Qasr el Eini Hospital. The decree was published in the Gazette out Thursday.
