On the impact of the Saudi-Chinese Summit in Riyadh..the statements of the Saudi Minister of Energy, Abdulaziz bin Salman, sparked the reactions of Saudi intellectuals and activists.
The Minister said, ” The Kingdom is a reliable partner to China..and Saudi Arabia will remain China’s confidential partner in the fields of energy, and the Saudi-Chinese relations are witnessing a shift qualitative based on common interests.”
“cooperation in supply chains will be strengthened, through the establishment of a regional center in the Kingdom, for Chinese factories, to take advantage of Saudi Arabia’s distinguished location between three continents.”, added bin Salman.
The Minister of Saudi Energy said, “China has become the first destination for the Kingdom’s oil exports as part of the high volume Trade exchange between the two countries has achieved continuous annual growth in the last five years.
