The second half was calm in the pattern, as Al-Ahly retreated to its defensive lines, relying on building attacks from the back at times and counterattacks at other times, while Zamalek launched an indiscriminate attack.

Mahmoud Alaa went to implement the penalty kick to hit it hard in the right corner, but Ali Lotfi shone in heading to it and confronting it before Ferjani Sassi followed it with a shot in the clouds.

Ali Lotfy returned to shine in the last seconds of the events of the meeting after a long ball, which Mahmoud Alaa rose to head it to keep the red giant goalkeeper out of the goal line.
