Saudi deputy minister of FA participates in a preparing meeting 15 of ISC foreign ministers

On behalf of His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eng. Walid bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraiji, participated in the preparatory meeting of foreign ministers for the fifteenth session of the Islamic Summit Conference (ISC), held in the capital of the Republic of the Gambia, Bingol.

His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs delivered a speech in which he stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exerted its efforts during its presidency of the previous session of the Fourteenth Islamic Summit in order to strengthen joint Islamic action, defend the issues of the Islamic world, and take the initiative in everything that would unify the ranks and gather the word, and harnessed the tools and devices of the Organization of Cooperation. It employed all means of multilateral action to achieve its benevolent endeavors in the service of Islamic issues, and to escalate the concerns and concerns of member states to the level of global resolution in the corridors of the United Nations.

His Excellency also stressed that the Palestinian issue represents one of the established constants of the Kingdom’s foreign policy, a priority, and a principle that must not be deviated from until the Palestinian people achieve their rights to establish their independent state in accordance with what was decided by international legitimacy and the Arab Peace Initiative.

His Excellency stressed by saying: “Strengthening unity and solidarity between our peoples and countries and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries represent fundamental constants and pillars of our ancient organization, which requires the continuation of joint efforts seeking to establish security and stability throughout the Islamic world.”
