The Saudi Ministry of Culture, with the leader of the choir team in the National Orchestra for Music and Choir, participated in the G20 orchestra (Treasure of Tunes “Sur Vasudha”), which was held yesterday at the Trade Facilitation Center in the Indian city of Varanasi, which included musicians from member states and guests of the G20, in the current session. headed by India.

  This event comes on the sidelines of the meeting of the Ministers of Culture of the G20 countries, and the participation of the Ministry of Culture with the member states and guests of the G20 came to celebrate the musical cultural heritage of these countries. So that the orchestral show included melodies and musical instruments of the peoples of these countries to enhance integration and cultural diversity to highlight the slogan of the presidency, “One Land, One Family, One Future”.

  This orchestra witnessed the performance of two separate songs, the first of which was titled “The World is a Family Alone”, where the band and the Indian choir played and sang this song in their own language, and then each artist came forward to sing in his mother tongue, and this sentence was the second panel of the concert.

  As for the second song, it was titled “One Land, One Family, One Future” and was sung by all participants in Hindi and English together; This sentence will be the sixth panel in the ceremony and the final.

  The participation of the Ministry of Culture in this event reflects its keenness to promote international cultural exchange as one of its strategic objectives that it seeks to achieve under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030, which includes the development of the Saudi contribution to arts and culture.
