Mr. Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to President Ilham Aliyev for Political Affairs, announced that Azerbaijan will expose the Armenian massacres in the cities of Tartar and Barda.
Mr. Hajiyev tweeted as follows:
“We are on they way to Barda and Tartar to show Armenia’s intentional warcrimes against innocent civilians to international media and diplomatic corps. They will see on the spot crimes of Armenia’s political-military leadership. We thank our diplomatic corps for compassion!”
