The Egyptian-Azerbaijani Friendship Association teaches the art of ‘vocal levels’

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society, Dr. Seymour Nasirov, stated that the Society has been carrying out activities for years that serve science students of different nationalities, and through these activities it also contributes to the consolidation of relations between peoples.

And when the association saw the many urgent requests to study the art of vocal stations and to get acquainted with the Egyptian school of recitation, religious chanting and the Egyptian voice – there is no doubt that the Egyptian school, whether it is in recitation such as Sheikh Abdul Basit Abdul Samad, Sheikh Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi and many, many others, or in the school of singing such as Sheikh Sayed Al-Naqshbandi and Sheikh Nasr Al-Din Toubar undoubtedly has a great deal of experience in this field – the association responded to these many urgent requests and opened a door to studying this art within its edifice.

Dr. Seymour Nasirov confirmed that this art is a language understood by specialists in all parts of the world. He also mentioned in his speech that the study of these cultural sciences contributes to rapprochement and understanding among the peoples of the world.When the Egyptian-Azerbaijani Friendship Association announced the study of this activity, a large number of students accepted to participate in this activity. The first session started with 27 male and female students of different nationalities. The rest of those who wanted to join are on the waiting list until the announcement of the next session. Therefore, the association intends to expand this activity. Which is taught by Mr. Faraj Saeed, the vocal teacher.

Dr. Seymour Nasirov emphasized that the Republic of Azerbaijan attaches great importance to this art, and there are a large number of specialists in this art from the Republic of Azerbaijan, for example the famous Azerbaijani professor / scientist Qasimov.

It is worth noting that the Egyptian-Azerbaijani Friendship Association offers several other activities, including teaching and memorizing the Noble Qur’an with the ten minor and major recitations for adults and children, Arabic calligraphy and Islamic ornamentation, the Arabic language and its sciences, and the Azerbaijani language, and a course for teaching the art of handmade carpets will start soon.

We have about 500 students from 55 different nationalities studying in the association. The association offers all its services to everyone free of charge.
