PM: Projects costing hundreds of millions to be inaugurated nationwide

SIS – Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Thursday said terrorism targets obstructing development and that Egyptians should be unified to face it.

Ismail affirmed that a number of projects costing hundreds of millions nationwide will be inaugurated soon.

The remarks were made by Ismail after concluding his inspection tour of Luxor governorate which lasted for two days. Ismail was accompanied by a number of ministers along with Luxor governor.

During the visit, the prime minister inspected health facilities and ordered renovating the avenue which connects between the temples of Luxor and Karnak.

He also visited a number of archaeological sites including the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut and the tomb of Ramesses III in the Valley of the Kings after being restored.

As well, he inspected a number of projects that were implemented in New Tiba city including a social housing project in addition to other development projects.

Ismail also ordered health projects being carried out in the Upper Egyptian governorate to be finalized as soon as possible.
