Ms Ambassador Suha Gendy, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad Affairs, held a number of meetings with a group of representatives, symbols and heads of Egyptian communities in a number of countries, as part of the Ministry of Immigration’s strategy to enhance communication with Egyptian communities abroad, where the Minister received Alaa Thabet, head of the community in Germany, Saleh Farhood, the president of the French community, and Nashaat Zanfal, Vice President of the Cultural Club in New York, John Jamil Shawky from America, in the presence of Dr. Freddy El-Bayadi, a member of the House of Representatives, as well as Magdy Faltas, Khairy Hassan, and Yasser El-Mansi, who are Egyptians residing in Italy; To consult on a number of needs of the Egyptian community in these countries.

Ambassador Suha Gendy, Minister of Immigration, affirmed the Ministry of Immigration’s intention to move forward in strengthening communication with all Egyptian communities, in various countries of the world, with the aim of identifying the needs of the community accurately and working to meet those needs in cooperation and coordination with the relevant authorities, in order to serve The interest of the Egyptian citizen abroad, stressing that the Ministry of Immigration stands at the same distance from all entities and representatives of the communities.

The Minister of Immigration also praised the effective and influential role of the heads and symbols of the Egyptian communities abroad, the role of popular diplomacy and their national positions on various occasions, to support national issues and promote the state’s vision for Egyptians abroad, pointing to the importance of the Entities Conference, which is held annually and is an annual forum to gather Egyptians abroad, listen to their demands and needs and present their ideas. constructive.

The Minister of Immigration stressed the importance of communicating with the ministry and its role in taking care of all the details related to the communities, explaining the keenness of the ministry’s work team to respond quickly to any inquiry, face challenges presented to officials, and solve any problems faced by Egyptian communities in any country.

 These meetings witnessed consultations on a number of the needs of the Egyptian community in Italy, France, Germany, as well as New York in the United States of America, to work to meet these needs in cooperation and coordination with the relevant authorities.
