 At the invitation of the presidency of the Rimini Forum, which is hosted by Italy, and is the largest gathering of European youth to promote friendship between peoples, and the largest forum in the world, with about one million visitors annually, His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, delivered The main lecture of the forum was attended by a large number of European youth, religious, political and intellectual leaders, academics, intellectuals and university students.

 Dr. Al-Issa began his speech by noting the importance of such global forums. Which contribute to promoting awareness of the importance of rapprochement, understanding and cooperation between nations and peoples, and addressing slogans of hatred and racism, as well as the theory of the inevitability of clash and civilized conflict.

 In the context of his lecture, His Excellency touched and stimulated the deep feelings of faith that are implanted in every human being, in an intellectual and philosophical atmosphere that addresses everyone, believers and non-believers, and uses the logic of wisdom that takes a person to his faith instinct, which guides him to belief in the Creator who created man and placed values ​​in him. as a human instinct.

 He stressed the importance of sensing the religious sense, which represents the faith value of every human being, and through it, the reason and wisdom of our existence and its value are sensed.

 And Dr. Al-Issa explained that the general values ​​that represent the moral commonalities between human beings are in fact a reflection of some of the effects of the pure instinct implanted within every human being, adding that this instinct in its full meaning means the instinct of faith in every human soul, and even if a person denies belief in the Creator, we say to him: “These human values ​​are an effect of the hidden belief in the One and Only God, which has been ignored for whatever reason.”

 He explained that human history contained many polemics and philosophies, but he recorded moral commonalities between them, and said: “We – the believers in the Creator, the Exalted, the Most High – say that they are a reflection of the instinct of faith, and others describe them as human values. We do not mind calling them “human values”, because we are sure That these human values ​​did not create themselves by themselves, but rather through an agent who created them: which is the inner belief in the One Creator, whether this faith was declared or hidden in the depths of the human soul, as mentioned above.

 And Dr. Al-Issa is that when a person is stripped of this faith, in other words, he ignores this motivation and the internal faith motive with its previously explained effects that give him moral values, and distinguish him from other creatures, he finds himself in front of an ambiguous and absurd interpretation, hence the absurdity of materialistic expediency in its selfish form and its negative consequences. And dangerous to humans in world peace and community harmony.
