In terms of values, dignity, remarkable brotherhood, and genuine generosity full of diplomacy, the Minister of Immigration and Egyptians Affairs Abroad, Ambassador Suha Gendy, visited and toured the Arab countries.. Saudi Arabia.. Kuwait.. the United Arab Emirates. They arrived by visiting the Egyptian community in the countries of the European Union and America to confirm the dignity The Egyptian citizen first, in addition to qualifying and employing them in the international labor market, such as the German model, for example.. to solve their problems in the host country in addition to supporting them in the motherland and solving their problems.. and even overcoming all difficulties to connect them directly with the concerned authorities and partnership in decision-making, especially the channels of parliamentary representation abroad for the two houses of representatives and elders.
With the approach of the fourth edition of the annual conference to host “Egyptians Abroad”, to be held at the end of this month 07/31/2023 to include Egyptian communities worldwide, the “aldiplomasy” website in Arabic and English had the honor of allowing a dialogue with His Excellency the Minister of Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians Abroad, Ambassador Suha Jundi, which came as follows:
* The objective behind holding the fourth edition of the conference?
We are fully aware of the great pivotal role that Egyptians abroad play in various fields, especially the economic aspect, as it is one of the most influential sources of national income in the development and renaissance of Egypt, which is dear to all of us. Difficult situations, as we saw in the crisis of Sudan and Ukraine, the recovery of the countrymen and their avoidance of the scourge of the civil war in Sudan, and before the Russian-Ukrainian war and its negative repercussions on neighboring countries, particularly the Egyptian community.
* How many participants and from how many countries?
It is remarkable this year that 1,000 Egyptians abroad have registered from more than 56 countries around the world, including representatives of 66 associations for Egyptians abroad.
* The participating parties, immigration aspirations for the conference, and discussion topics?
The Ministry is doing its best to involve the relevant ministers, such as education, higher education, and health, for example, and representatives of banks, passports, conscription, civil status, etc., as main axes, and this is through constant communication with Egyptians abroad over the past period through weekly virtual meetings via “video conference” technology. As part of the “An Hour with the Minister” initiative. To respond to the inquiries and suggestions of Egyptians abroad so that the conference becomes their first destination and to fulfill their aspirations and hopes to root the mother national identity.
* Is there a link to the fourth edition of the conference with its previous counterparts, themes of discussion and sessions?
Certainly..as she used to do as a diplomat, making a “statement of account” as an evaluation of each stage separately as soon as it is completed as an introduction to the next stage and standing on the negatives and addressing them and developing the positives.. building on the achievements of the third edition of the conference last year, which included the issuance of a law Cars for Egyptians abroad that are exempt from customs, fees, and taxes, announcing a founding board for the joint-stock company for Egyptians abroad, offering savings containers with attractive benefits in national banks, offering soft loans to Egyptians abroad, offering discounted air tickets, as well as announcing housing units with reduced rates for them when paying them in hard currency, and other things. Significant catalysts, a witness to the times for the close connection of all editions of the conference.
The first session of the conference reviews the performance of the Egyptian economy in recent years, opportunities to overcome obstacles in light of the global economic crisis, and the achievements made through the activation of fiscal policy tools.
* The birth of NOSTOS/ the revival of roots amidst regional circumstances that were not limited to Greece, Cyprus, Armenia… What will happen after the restoration of bilateral relations completely with Turkey and Iran soon?

Since taking over, I have been taking the brown continent into account.
