Al-Jubeir warns Iranian regime if its aggressive policies continue

The minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubair stressed that the Kingdom does not want a war in the region, stressing that the Iranian regime should not be allowed to continue its aggressive policies, such as targeting ships carrying oil and targeting oil pipelines and the global economy, explaining that the continuation of the Iranian regime by these policies makes them pay a heavy price.

Al-Jubeir said that during the meetings between the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, a number of leaders of the G-20 countries have been lengthy and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations with these countries and the role of the Kingdom in achieving stability in the region and the world, On a number of issues of the hour, including the policies of the Iranian regime in the region, noting that the Kingdom plays a significant role in the G20 in terms of contributions to the global economy.

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs pointed out that the meetings provided an opportunity to emphasize the pivotalr role of the Kingdom in unifying efforts to help a number of countries meet challenges and unite ranks to ensure their stability, in addition to the Kingdom’s efforts in combating terrorism. He cited the efforts of the Kingdom to reconcile a number of countries in Africa and Asia and their efforts to unify the Sudanese ranks and remove them from these challenges.

On the other hand, Minister Al-Jubeir participated on Monday in a panel discussion organized by the Institute of Energy Economics in Tokyo, in the presence of a number of academics.
