Gad stressed that the dialogue dealt with the readiness of 2020 Egyptian-Russian culture according to the directives of Presidents Abdelfattah Al-Sisi and Vladimir Putin and the importance of putting forward all proposals from the Egyptian and Russian sides to celebrate the cultural year at the level of the two governments and peoples to be the culmination of 75 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries, For graduates of Russian and Soviet universities under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi last year at the Opera House.
Gad concluded by wishing the celebrations of next year to be the start of strong cultural relations between the two peoples in all fields, achievement of development and development of cooperation at the governmental and popular levels.
