After performing the Hajj rituals.. Al-Masjid an-Nabawi receives its first pilgrims

 The General Presidency Agency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, represented by the Agency for Assistance to Grouping and Managing Crowds, and through the General Administration of Crowds and Grouping in the Prophet’s Mosque, continues its work and efforts on a daily basis during the Hajj season 1443 AH by organizing and following up to organize crowds inside and outside the squares of the Prophet’s Mosque to receive the guests of Rahman after they complete the Hajj rituals and serve them to the fullest.

 Through it, the General Administration of Crowds and Grouping seeks to enable all pilgrims, visitors and worshipers in the Prophet’s Mosque to perform their worship and obedience with an area estimated at 569,800 m 2 and with a full capacity that accommodates 326,429 worshipers using (42) entrances in addition to (38) entrances from Car parks, and they are received inside the Prophet’s Mosque through (100 doors) and (18) ordinary stairs and (12) electric ladders to go up to the roof of the Prophet’s Mosque.

 The General Administration of Crowds has allocated (250) employees to ensure that the movement is not overcrowded, divided into (4) periods, to facilitate the entry of pilgrims, visitors and worshipers from the entrances, corridors and chapels, and to prevent wrong behaviors such as begging, accumulating luggage and children tampering with the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque around the clock, and the number of main corridors ( 38) corridors and sub-corridors (14) and emergency corridors (8), and the number of barriers used is more than (800) barriers, and the employees constantly follow the crowds and prevent wrong behaviors, as the flow of the corridors in the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque, praise be to God, reached (100%) and its flow inside the Prophet’s Mosque ( 99%), the agency’s plan aims to achieve the highest levels of flow in all the corridors of the Prophet’s Mosque, to prepare the chapels, and to ensure that all the corridors of the Prophet’s Mosque are free of erroneous behavior.

 The General Administration of Crowds and Grouping organizes the work of the visit to greet the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, organizes prayers in the honorable kindergarten, receives more than (40) thousand visitors daily, and transports elderly and disabled visitors with golf carts, mobility carts and wheelchairs, where the number of beneficiaries is more than (7,500) daily transported through the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque, and a spatial guidance service to guide lost pilgrims and visitors.

 The Prophet’s Mosque Affairs Agency is also keen to provide integrated services in an effort to develop its system, which contributes to the creation of various means that enable pilgrims and visitors in the Prophet’s Mosque to perform their worship with comfort and reassurance, under the generous guidance of the wise leadership in providing all services to the Prophet’s Mosque and its visitors.
