The American Veto: When Genocide Gets Diplomatic Immunity

Listen to this article

Chief Editor Writes ✍️

Today June 4th 2025.. Once again, the United Nations Security Council became a theater of global hypocrisy.
A resolution calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and urgent humanitarian aid—proposed by Algeria and other non-permanent members—was swiftly struck down by the U.S. veto. The justification? As always, cloaked in the rhetoric of “Israel’s right to defend itself,” while in practice, it’s nothing short of a license to kill.

Algeria Stands Alone, the Rest Watch from the VIP Lounge

While Algeria leads the call for justice, most of the Arab and Islamic world slumbers—or worse, smiles diplomatically. No emergency summits. No expulsion of ambassadors. No withdrawal of envoys. Just deafening silence coated in expensive cologne and meaningless protocol.

The USA Veto : An Official Stamp on Mass Murde

This isn’t diplomacy.
It’s not neutrality.
It’s complicity in crimes against humanity—signed, sealed, and vetoed by Washington.

The American veto isn’t just about blocking a resolution—it’s a strategic endorsement of Israel’s campaign of erasure, cloaked in UN jargon and broadcast to the world with straight faces and shameless hearts.

Trump’s Gulf Gains: Blood Money in a Designer Briefcase?

Let’s rewind: Trump’s now-infamous visit to the Gulf brought in billions. Lavish contracts. Glowing swords. Smiles wider than the Red Sea. But here’s the real question:
Were those billions a reward for oil and weapons—or a down payment for silence on Gaza’s execution?
What’s the price tag for moral collapse? For turning your back while children are buried under rubble?

Egypt’s Heavy Toll: Silent Sacrifice or Strategic Loss?

Egypt now finds itself paying a steep price for strategic ambiguity.
The Red Sea is inflamed, destabilizing trade routes and prompting a sharp decline in Suez Canal revenues—a key artery of the national economy.

Meanwhile, the country faces immense international pressure to accommodate a nightmarish scenario: the forced displacement of Gazans into Sinai.
To its credit, Egypt has publicly rejected the proposal—but how long can it hold the line under mounting political and economic blackmail?

Will Egypt be remembered as the last fortress of Palestinian dignity? Or as the corridor of quiet surrender?

The Arab World: A Fractured Echo of Itself

Across the region, we find a divided, fragmented, and strategically neutered Arab world.
Who is responsible for this calculated disunity?
Israel? Certainly.
Local collaborators? Absolutely.
But more than that—it’s the collective cowardice of regimes who traded sovereignty for survival.

From the Gulf to the Levant, national pride is now measured in investment portfolios and arms deals, not moral positions.

The Islamic World: Masterclass in Tactical Silence

Not even symbolic gestures. No high-level condemnations. Not a single meaningful move.
Has Palestine been officially archived as a historical tragedy rather than a living injustice?
Is Gaza now just a pixelated image on commemorative calendars, rather than a burning wound that should define Muslim solidarity?

To the Arab Nation. The Islamic Ummah. Humanity at Large…

What will you tell your Lord on the Day when neither wealth nor sons will help you?
Will you say:

“We were busy negotiating oil discounts…”
“We feared sanctions more than injustice…”
“We outsourced our conscience to foreign policy consultants…”?

And You—Who Are You Arming Your Armies For?

For which cause are your soldiers trained?
To protect whom?
To liberate what?

Are our armies built for parades and palace guard duty—or to defend the voiceless?
