The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is keen to provide all services that facilitate the pilgrims in performing the duty, as much as they are keen to measure the satisfaction of pilgrims about these services and how to benefit from them and achieve on the ground.

In this context, the Saudi Center for the Measurement of Performance of Public Instruments (ADAA) announced the start of the measurements of the pilgrimage performance for the year 1440H in its second session, starting on the third day of the next month of  ALaadha, targeting 50 services provided by 16 government agencies from inside and outside the Kingdom, in order to determine the level of satisfaction of the pilgrims about the government services provided during the journey of their duty.

The measurements come in line with the efforts of the Kingdom to serve the guests of the Rahman, improve the quality of services and facilitate the performance of pilgrims to this duty.

The Director-General of the Center, “performance” Engineer Ibrahim Niaz, said that the center adopted for Hajj this year (3) tools to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, the field questionnaires, the hidden shopper, and a national platform.
