Ambassador Abu Zeid added that the discussions reflected the important role played by research and think tanks in supporting the foreign policy decision-making process, and the importance of keeping channels of communication open with research centers to maximize the benefit of scientific expertise and practical experiences available to support the goals of Egyptian foreign policy in protecting the interests of Egypt.
