Celebrating 40years cooperation.. Governor of Cairo attends the ceremony of the German Embassy in Cairo

Major General Khaled Abdel Aal, Governor of Cairo, witnessed the German Embassy in Cairo on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Federal Republic of Germany and the demolition of the Berlin Wall. The depth of relations between the two countries at all official, local and popular levels.

The Governor stressed in his speech that the past period has witnessed many achievements in the field of enhancing cooperation and bilateral relations between the Egyptian side represented in Cairo and the German side represented in Stuttgart and Frankfurt.

Both sides look forward to starting a new phase of cooperation in which they will complete more achievements and continue the process of bilateral cooperation Booming in the light of the current stage of the construction of modern Egypt, which began in the establishment of many giant national projects by the establishment of many new urban cities and a new administrative capital of Egypt managed by the latest technology methods in line with scientific developments as well as the establishment of many roads and subway networks, creating many projects that increase local and global investment opportunities with key interest in the two mentioned in the Egyptian human building (health and education).

The Governor thanked the German side for organizing many events recently to introduce the citizens of Frankfurt and Stuttgart to Egyptian culture and to publish pictures of Cairo landmarks in public areas and public transport within the framework of the 40th anniversary of the signing of the friendship agreement with Cairo.

The Governor welcomed Dr. Martin Scheerer, Deputy Mayor of Stuttgart for public security and sports affairs. In the presence of Ambassador Cyril Nun, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Cairo, Lotus Riteig, who was pleased to be present in Cairo and influenced by the hospitality received in Cairo and their interest in strengthening relations with the city of Cairo and their contributions to provide technical support and experiences and German expertise in all fields.

The Deputy Mayor of Stuttgart confirmed that each of us has what sets it apart from the other. We use what sets us apart for the benefit of all. We are keen on the participation of the Egyptian side in all fields since 1979. I’mg am pleased to visit the Stuttgart Pavilion at the International Garden in Nasr City and announced his commitment to strengthen the park and show it at its best”, said Deputy Mayor of Stuttgart.
