the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, announced the launch of a new route connecting Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Bali, Indonesia. This flight, which departed on A 2025, was part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to enhance global connectivity and provide seamless travel options for international guests.
With three weekly flights operating between Jeddah and Bali, Saudia is strengthening its role in facilitating tourism and religious travel between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, two nations with deep cultural and economic ties. The new route is expected to serve a growing demand as leisure travelers, business professionals, and pilgrims’ journey to the Kingdom.
The scheduled flights will be operated using the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, with a capacity of 24 Business Class seats and 274 Economy Class seats. Guests can look forward to a world-class travel experience with Saudia’s renowned hospitality, premium inflight services, and exclusive entertainment options.

Saudia seeks to connect two highly sought-after destinations to enhance access for global travelers looking to explore the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of Bali, as well as the rich heritage of Saudi Arabia. This initiative supports the airline’s mission to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region while providing added convenience for travelers.

Governor Koster welcomed the launch of the new flight service to Jeddah He added “Starting this year, we will carry out a number of regulations and policies related to the comprehensive management of Bali tourism. So that Bali tourism really grows well, healthy based on culture and quality.”
The Governor of Bali Koster shared his hopes that the launch of the new Bali-Jeddah route will continue to be successful and expressed his gratitude to the government of Saudi Arabia.
He shared “Success for the Saudi Arabian government, thank you for this first flight. Hopefully it will be a positive value for Indonesia and Bali.”
He noted that in 2024, 14,000 Saudi tourists visited Bali’ in 2025 Bali is on a mission to welcome at least 6.5 million international arrivals.
