Poetry: M Jahangir Khan
Salute to Iran for what many call a great victory.
Yet this victory is not about a war economy,
nor merely about the battlefield.
It belongs to human history.
Across the world, dictators destroy nations,
and revolutionary leaders are hunted and killed—
leaders who often rise from the humble huts of the people.
Every moment carries grief.
Absence hovers like a restless wind,
as millions long to honor and remember
those beloved leaders.
But to the warmongers—
history offers no embrace.
Only the echo of rejection
and the memory of resistance.
We recall the guerrilla wisdom of Ho Chi Minh,
a strategy born from struggle
that has become a universal language
of resistance and legitimacy.
When warmongering becomes a global trend,
the people’s struggle becomes
a courageous answer.
It is a lesson learned
from the revolutionary spirit of Ho Chi Minh,
and from the vision of Kim Il Sung.
Move forward.
Be vigilant.
Do not delay.
Do not falter.
Advance toward a world
of people’s democracy,
and toward a civilization
guided by people’s diplomacy.
A Truth History Cannot Kill
A nation cannot be destroyed by bloodshed alone.
Leadership does not disappear
when a beloved leader is killed or kidnapped.
The world’s tyrants fail to understand
this historical truth.
Just as COVID-19 awakened billions of voices
across the globe,
today new conflicts once again expose
a wounded world.
Oil is plundered.
Leaders are targeted.
Violence spreads like a sickness
through the body of humanity.
Yet people wait—
with patience and anticipation.
They wait for the antidote
of justice and freedom,
for the spirit that once inspired
Ho Chi Minh,
and for the vision that called
for independence and dignity.
For the world still hopes
that one day
the cure for domination
will be found
in the freedom of nations
and the will of the people.
