Where Nile’s calm waters meet the Great Wall’s crest,
Two ancient realms embrace as lovers blessed.
From People’s Daily came a noble band,
To weave warm friendship through a storied land.
With gentle grace and minds of open light,
They brought respect that made our spirits bright.
Through October’s heights to TEDA’s thriving shore,
In Suez Canal’s deep halls of scholar lore—
Where Confucius’ wisdom lives in quiet pride—
They walked as friends, creating side by side.
Ideas took flight to honor human worth,
In shared ambition for a better earth.
No transient bond, but endless threads design
A timeless love where trade and heart entwine.
Now on the banks where Nile and Yangtze flow,
We hold the memories of that golden glow—
Dear colleagues all, whose presence brought us peace,
Whose bond of mind and soul shall never cease.
With every dawn that paints the morning skies,
And every moon that bids the night arise,
We remember you—bright stars that never fade,
Sunlight within our hearts forever made.
The Pyramids whisper tales of endless time,
As China’s Great Wall greets a hand sublime.
