Under the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Pakistan’s National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), in partnership with Al-Khidmat Foundation, has dispatched the sixth humanitarian consignment under the current batch of relief for the steadfast people of Gaza.

Earlier this morning, a special chartered aircraft carrying 100 tonnes of essential relief materials touched down at El-Arish International Airport in Egypt.
The shipment includes urgently needed non-food items such as tents, tarpaulin sheets, and jerry cans, aimed at supporting families who have lost shelter amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The consignment was formally handed over to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, which will oversee its onward transport to the residents of Gaza.

The Government and people of Pakistan express their deep gratitude to the Government of Egypt under the leadership of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, as well as to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, for their unwavering support in enabling the safe and swift delivery of aid to the Palestinian people.

With today’s shipment, 25 relief consignments—amounting to 2,427 tonnes—have now been dispatched to Gaza. Additional humanitarian supplies are being prepared and will continue to flow in the coming weeks, reaffirming Pakistan’s enduring solidarity with its Palestinian brethren.
