In a night perfumed with melody and joy, the artist Majd Al Qassem celebrated the success of his new music video “Anti Al Ameera – You Are the Princess,” a gathering where music was not merely heard, but felt—like a crown gently settling upon the head of a song.
The celebration, hosted by renowned composer Nameq Adeeb and director Dr. Abdullah Fadl, marked the official release of the video across all digital platforms. Joy filled the space as Majd Al Qassem took up the oud, letting its strings speak while his voice carried warmth and intimacy, joined in song by his brother Saud Al Qassem in a touching family moment.
Held at the villa of Nameq Adeeb and Abdullah Fadl in Obour City, the evening welcomed a distinguished audience, including Ambassador Hussein Al-Hindawi, Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, His Excellency the Kuwaiti Ambassador Mohammed Al-Khaldi, engineer Ali Adeeb—brother of the composer—and Upper Egyptian artist Abdo Al-Nemr, who delighted guests with a selection of songs by the late Omar Al-Jizawi, earning warm applause and admiration.
“You Are the Princess” stands as a complete artistic tapestry:
Music by Nameq Adeeb, lyrics by Dawood Al-Ghannam, arrangement by Mohamed Hammam, editing by Tamer Selim, cinematography by Amir Sharkas, and produced and directed by Dr. Abdullah Fadl—an elegant collaboration that crowned the song with refinement and emotion.
On another note, the producing company M.CC is preparing a major celebration in honor of Majd Al Qassem at Al-Nahr Hall, Sakia El Sawy, on Wednesday, January 21, celebrating the release of the video and its rise to top viewership rankings. The concert will feature Iraqi singer Naji Abduljaleel, alongside Hatem Nour, Yasmin Mahmoud, and Abdo Al-Nemr, in addition to a group of new voices appearing for the first time—discoveries of maestro Ahmed Gouda, leader of the Papillon Band, who will conduct the evening’s musical ensemble.
“You Are the Princess” is not just a song—it is a celebration of melody, a coronation of emotion, and a night where music chose to reign with grace.
